Description: Spinel Sun is a guardian created by Hiiragizawa Eriol. He uses Eastern magic and his symbol is the sun. His fellow guardian is Ruby Moon and when they're both in their false forms, Akizuki Nakuru nicknames him "Suppi", much to his dislike. He has an odd reaction to sugar. When given any, he becomes "drunk" so to speak, and wildly searches for more sugar in this hyper state. Normally serious, silent, and rather stern, Spinel Sun becomes completely out of control until the effects of the sugar dies down. The only reason for Spinel Sun's creation was that he would battle Cerberus during Eriol's final battle with Kinomoto Sakura. He would be used to keep the other guardian occupied so Sakura would be forced to work alone.
