Description: Masaki is Kinomoto Nadeshiko and Daidouji Sonomi's grandfather. He was against his granddaughter, Nadeshiko, marrying Kinomoto Fujitaka. After Nadeshiko died, Masaki lost contact with his great-grandchildren, Kinomoto Sakura and Kinomoto Touya. But ever so slowly, Sakura bridged the gap between the Amamiyas and Kinomotos and Masaki accepts Fujitaka. Before that, Sonomi was the only one that kept contact with the Kinomotos, through her daugther, Daidouji Tomoyo, since she was best friends with Sakura. Tomoyo is also his great-granddaughter.
