Animanga Differences
Here we have a page focused on the differences between the manga and the animé. There are many differences between the two, whether they be major or minor. Be forewarned that there will be many spoilers for both animé and manga. Understood? Then read on, if you're still interested. =) This is sorted mostly by chronological order in the animé.

General
A: There are fifty-three Clow Cards that later turned to Sakura Cards.
M: Only nineteen Clow Cards and Sakura Cards.
A: Both Sakura and Syaoran are "cardcaptors" and both of them had cards in their possession.
M: Sakura is the only true "cardcaptor"; Syaoran never received a single card.
A: Rika has a crush on Terada-sensei and he seems to know about it.
M: The feelings between Rika and Yoshiyuki (Terada-sensei) are completely mutual; they're both in love with each other.
A: Syaoran's cousin and self-proclaimed fiancée goes to Japan to help him catch Clow Cards.
M: She doesn't exist in the manga.
A: Syaoran (and later Meiling) was taken care of by his friend and butler, Wei.
M: Wei doesn't exist and Syaoran always lived by himself.
A: Eriol is the sole incarnation of Clow Read.
M: Both Eriol and Fujitaka are incarnates of Clow.
A: The only people to see Nadeshiko are Eriol and Touya before he lost his powers.
M: After Fujitaka received the half of Clow's powers that was rightfully his, he could also see her again.
The Specifics
A: The first card Sakura is seen capturing is Fly.
M: First card seen is Jump.
A: Tomoyo shows Sakura that she had videotaped riding the Fly at night, thus making Sakura tell her everything about the Clow Cards.
M: We're never shown/told how Tomoyo found out Sakura was a cardcaptor.
A: When Sakura had a cold/fever, Nadeshiko made her feel better.
M: Eriol took away her cold/fever altogether.
A: Sakura and Syaoran battle have their judgment from Yue at Tokyo Tower.
M: It occurred at the Tsukimine Shrine.
A: Eriol first met Fujitaka when he helped Sakura with some yard work at her home.
M: They first met after Sakura's battle with Eriol when they found him the only person to still be awake.
A: Syaoran addressed Sakura as "Sakura" for the first time when she fell from the elevator.
M: When Sakura was falling into a chasm and Syaoran had grasped her hands in his, he shouted her (given) name for the first time when his gloves slipped from his hands and she fell.
A: Sakura makes a scarf for Syaoran to thank him for his talk when she was crying about Yukito's rejection.
M: She made him a yukata.
A: Sakura goes to the past to talk to Clow and ask him why all the strange things involving him seemed to be going on.
M: This never happens.
A: After Sakura returns from the past, Eriol and his guardians appear at Tsukimine Shrine and their battle takes place there.
M: They fought at Tokyo Tower.
A: Syaoran tried to help Sakura change Dark and Light and they succeed in changing it together.
M: His energy - almost completely diminished - and he falls back, nearing unconsciousness.
A: In their final battle against Eriol, after Sakura successfully transforms Light and Dark, she uses Light to restore light to the world.
M: She still uses light to do just that but she also had to use dark to restore the night, given the time.
A: Syaoran tells Sakura he loves her right after their battle with Eriol.
M: He told her after school, on the day they hear Eriol is leaving.
A: The moment Sakura realized she loved Syaoran was after she had created the nameless card from her tears.
M: She realized it when she heard he was going back to Hong Kong.
A: Sakura's proof of her love for Syaoran was the nameless Sakura card.
M: The pink bear with wings she gives to Syaoran is her proof in the manga.
